Once your order is dispatched (within 1–3 working days), we email you a tracking number. It usually arrives in 5–12 working days.
Paste your tracking number into 17TRACK, a free public tracking site that follows parcels across couriers.
Good to know
- Tracking can take 1–2 days to show its first update after dispatch.
- Your parcel may change courier for the final UK leg. The same number keeps working on 17TRACK.
- No tracking email after 3 working days? Check your spam folder, then email shoppawlm@gmail.com.
