1. Who we are

This site is run by Pawlm, Business address added before launch, shoppawlm@gmail.com. Pawlm is our trading name.

2. These terms

These terms apply when you buy from pawlm.pages.dev as a consumer. Please read them before you order. We sell to customers with a UK delivery address only.

3. The product

The Calm Paws Bundle contains a snuffle mat (45 × 45 cm, washable polyester), a lick mat (20 × 20 × 1 cm, food-grade silicone) and a treat-dispensing puzzle (about 10–12 cm). Colours may vary slightly from photos.

The bundle is an enrichment toy set. It is not a medical or veterinary product. Always supervise your dog with enrichment toys and remove any damaged item.

4. Price and payment

The price is £39.99, including free delivery to a UK address. That is the total you pay; no extra charges are added at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order.

If we make an obvious pricing mistake, we’ll contact you before dispatch and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Your order and our contract

After you pay, you’ll get an order confirmation email. The contract between us starts when we send that confirmation. If we can’t fulfil your order, for example because stock has run out, we’ll tell you and refund you in full.

6. Delivery

Dispatched within 1–3 working days. Usually delivered in 5–12 working days. These are estimates. If your order is significantly late, contact us; if we haven’t delivered within 30 days of your order, you can cancel and get a full refund. Responsibility for the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Your right to cancel

You can cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Full details, including how to return items and a model cancellation form, are on our returns page.

8. Faulty goods

The goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they aren’t, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, set out on our returns page. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

9. Our responsibility to you

We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We don’t exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. We’re not responsible for business losses.

10. Problems and complaints

Email shoppawlm@gmail.com. We reply within 1–2 working days and aim to resolve things quickly.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can bring proceedings in your local courts and the law of your part of the UK will also apply.
