Cost

Delivery is free to any UK address. The price you see, £39.99, is the total you pay.

How long it takes

Dispatched within 1–3 working days. Usually delivered in 5–12 working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday, not including UK bank holidays. Busy periods, such as the weeks before Bonfire Night and Christmas, can add a little time.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number once your order is on its way. You can follow it on our tracking page.

Where we deliver

We deliver to UK addresses only, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands. We can’t deliver to BFPO addresses or outside the UK.

Where your order comes from

Your bundle is sent to you directly by our fulfilment partner. Some parcels may arrive with the partner’s or courier’s packaging. Any import charges are paid by us, never by you.

If it hasn’t arrived

If your order hasn’t arrived within 12 working days of dispatch, email us at shoppawlm@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll look into it.
